Our content experts:

Claire Atherton

Claire is an award-winning professional services copywriter. She’s worked for a number of the UK’s leading agencies (The Writer, Redwood and Forward Worldwide), and as a copywriter and marketer at Hay Group, so she understands the challenges professional services firms face, and how great copy can help. She’s written persuasive stories for everyone from reward managers and procurement people to CEOs and civil servants, which means she can get to grips with your topic, audience and tone – fast. And she can turn her hand to lots of different kinds of writing. So whether you need white papers that convince, blogs that challenge, web copy that sells, film scripts that inform or internal communications that persuade, we can help.

Jan Dekker

Jan makes complicated words make sense, and sensible words sound human. Jan looks for stories in twisted piles of corporate jargon and data. In short, he helps businesses get their words right and their stories straight. And he leaves words like ‘solution’, ‘leverage’ and ‘deliverable’ in his wake. Jan has done that for PwC, RBS, UBS, HSBC, BT and the FCA, not to mention Freshfields, Hogan Lovells, Hay Group and Google. Before striking out on his own he was a creative director at the world’s biggest language consultancy, The Writer. And before that, he wrote and edited a hefty chunk of the Design Council’s words, from annual reports, speeches and web copy to a ghosted article in The Times for Kevin McCloud.

Joanne Rogers

Jo is a CIM qualified communications and marketing professional with more than 12 years’ experience in B2B marketing in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Her areas of expertise include communications strategy, brand positioning, employer and personal brand, and public relations. She has actively been involved in the re-brand of three professional services businesses and is a strong advocate of social selling and the power of marketing though connecting, engaging, and educating audiences. Jo works collaboratively with non-marketers, believing marketing should be seamlessly integrated into the business, and activity closely aligned to business objectives.

Luca Rosi

Looking to unleash the knowledge of your subject matter experts and tell the stories of your client successes? Advising organisations on their content marketing and social media strategies is Luca’s specialist niche. A multilingual trained journalist, he is adept at all forms of writing, from blogs and report writing to infographics and thought leadership. He spent a decade working for global marketing teams at Hays and Korn Ferry, so he understands the talent and leadership challenges that organisations face across many different sectors. An economics graduate and part-CIMA qualified accountant, Luca values relationships, teamwork, (good) management and feedback.
