Michael Gegg

Founder & Director

Michael is the founder of South Thames Marketing and is a highly analytical and results driven marketer. Before launching South Thames Marketing, Michael was the global head of marketing for Hay Group, a global management consulting firm. Prior to that he spent five and a half years as director of international marketing for Kenexa (now part of IBM), a company he joined following its acquisition of UK-based Psychometric Services, Ltd. (PSL). Michael has over 18 years’ experience in professional services, has led global teams and developed go-to-market strategies in countries throughout the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific regions.

Lucy Everett

Executive Assistant

Lucy is our Executive Assistant and ensures all of our diaries are kept in check! With a career spanning 13 years within Corporate & creative industries, Lucy has previously supported Board Directors at The Adecco Group, which gave her a deep understanding of the internal workings of a professional services firm from both front & back office perspectives. Lucy prides herself on being an exceptionally organised individual in all areas of her life. She thoroughly enjoys providing a high level of service to the individuals that she supports and enjoys the personal working relationships that this way of working cultivates. She is a ‘yes person’ in the best possible way, she loves finding solutions to problems and making people’s lives easier. We’d be lost without her!

Harriet Croxton

Account Director

With a background in sales prior to a career in marketing, Harriet is a very sales focused marketer who understands how marketing activity should drive revenue. Having worked in-house as a Marketing leader in the digital learning space for over ten years, she’s bought that experience to our clients in the learning and HCM space. Harriet has excellent experience in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, PR, website content, campaign development, content marketing and marketing analytics.

Jo Rogers

Senior Content Writer

Jo is a CIM qualified communications and marketing professional with more than 12 years’ experience in B2B marketing in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Her areas of expertise include content development and strategy, brand positioning, employer and personal branding, and public relations. She has actively been involved in the re-brand of three professional services businesses and is a strong advocate of social selling and the power of marketing though connecting, engaging, and educating audiences. Jo works collaboratively with non-marketers, believing marketing should be seamlessly integrated into the business, and activity closely aligned to business objectives.

Claire Atherton

Senior Content Writer

Claire is an award-winning professional services copywriter. She’s worked for a number of the UK’s leading agencies (The Writer, Redwood and Forward Worldwide), and as a copywriter and marketer at Hay Group, so she understands the challenges professional services firms face, and how great copy can help. She’s written persuasive stories for everyone from reward managers and procurement people to CEOs and civil servants, which means she can get to grips with your topic, audience and tone – fast. And she can turn her hand to lots of different kinds of writing. So whether you need white papers that convince, blogs that challenge, web copy that sells, film scripts that inform or internal communications that persuade, we can help.

Sarah Donnelly

Head of Creative

Sarah has worked in the design industry for over 20 years. In 1998 she joined Corporate Edge to work on major brand and identity projects for key clients such as AXA, Gartmore, HMRC and VisitBritain. In 2007 she started LSD Design Limited and has continued to work on branding and identity projects for a wide range of professional services clients. These include global brand implementation for Hay Group, property marketing schemes for Ballymore and St James, high profile international developments in Montenegro and Istanbul and interactive corporate and social responsibility reports for BT and HPE.

Jen Stebbing

Media Communications Consultant

Jen is our media communications consultant who draws on a deep and varied experience helping organisations and leaders multiply their positive impact, engage stakeholders, and communicate clearly. Jen’s ability to define, agree and implement strategy while collaborating with stakeholders has been central to the success of her professional career. This includes five years working for The Queen at Buckingham Palace; three in the press office at Westminster Abbey; an editorial management role with the Evening Standard and Independent Newspaper group; a major events planning role at Sky News; helping to launch London’s first TV channel, LondonLive; and several years as a strategic communications consultant for several other high value projects and roles.

Phil Hawkins

Phil is co-owner of our partners Colour Me Social who are a team of social media experts, based in Brighton and London, that help professional services firms, of all sizes, to raise brand awareness, grow their social reach and drive increased web traffic. Phil has worked within social media, marketing and sales for over 12 years and has supported hundreds of clients across a huge variety of sectors both in B2B and B2C.

Ivan Dojcinovski

Social Media Account Director

Ivan is an Account Director for our partners Colour Me Social who are a team of social media experts, based in Brighton and London, that help professional services firms, of all sizes, to raise brand awareness, grow their social reach and drive increased web traffic. Ivan has worked within social media for 2 years and supports our clients at South Thames Marketing with day-to-day social media management, paid advertising, reporting, and strategic direction.

Kath Dawson

Digital Strategist

Kath is an experienced digital marketing strategist who has previously built up a successful digital marketing agency from 2 to 50 people over 12 years and is now very much enjoying the ability to work on projects that she finds fascinating. Her agency had to evolve throughout the fast pace of change that is digital marketing and she successfully navigated those challenges to continuously achieve results for her clients. Kath is particularly interested in the psychology of marketing and how people are persuaded to make decisions online. The ability to monitor behaviour and measure success using hard data means that brands can have more insight into the customer experience and therefore proactively improve that experience.

Mary is our lead contact in the United States and the founder of our partners No Regrets Marketing, a marketing strategy firm in the Midwest that helps clients with marketing and branding strategies, digital, optimization, content and communications, market research, advertising, and lead generation. Mary has extensive experience in executive leadership rolls across all areas of marketing, ranging from start-up businesses to Fortune 500 companies. She has successfully led global teams in award winning creative across print, digital and strategic competitions and has increased visibility and sales by as much as 50% through her leadership.

Sunny Dublick

Account Director

Sunny has 10 years of integrated marketing and branding experience and supports our clients in the United States. Prior to joining the team she has held marketing roles in a variety of industries including advertising, management consulting and language services, and has worked for clients including The Philadelphia 76ers, Coca-Cola, Brown-Forman and Carnival Cruise Lines. Sunny’s strength lies in creating integrated marketing solutions for clients that are grounded in research and strategy, and executed by impactful, out-of-the-box methods that drive results. Sunny holds a B.S. in Marketing from the Rowan University with a concentration in International Studies.

Blake Johnston

Blake is the founder of our partners OutboundView, a sales consulting and training company based in Lincoln, Nebraska and supports our operations in the United States. Blake has extensive experience working with mid-large size sales organisations to develop top of funnel lead generation strategies via outbound marketing. In addition to outbound marketing, Blake also helps growing organisations with their go-to-market strategy including competencies such as messaging, inbound, distribution, thought leadership, and paid advertising.

Kendra Meek

Kendra is an ADDY award-winning graphic designer with more than 12 years of experience. Kendra supports our clients in the United States and her work experience ranges the full design spectrum, but one thing remains constant: she knows how to get things done. She’s a critical thinker skilled in conceptual and creative problem solving with a proven track record of exceeding expectations and crushing deadlines. She’s a nerd for typography and colour, and loves bringing ideas to life.

Sarah is an experienced brand expert who supports our business in Australia and New Zealand – as well as allowing us to offer round-the-clock support to our clients throughout the world. A self-confessed art critic, mother of 2, director, fleetwood Mac fan and house plant collector, Sarah works at the sweet spot between simplicity and practicality to give life to your brand. She shoots from the hip, especially after a coffee and is motivated by a beautifully crafted idea and even nicer looking typography. Comic Sans is a bad word in her family.

Nik Payne

Football fan, director, all round good guy, father of 2, expert in the art of clarity and process. Nick acts at the junction of good business and even better online experiences. Alongside Sarah Delany, Nik supports our business in Australia and New Zealand and is fuelled by craft beer, a clear head and peanut M&Ms. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
