Michael Gegg

Michael is the founder of South Thames Marketing and is a highly analytical and results driven marketer. Before launching South Thames Marketing, Michael was the global head of marketing for Hay Group, a global management consulting firm. Prior to that he spent five and a half years as director of international marketing for Kenexa (now part of IBM), a company he joined following its acquisition of UK-based Psychometric Services, Ltd. (PSL). Michael has over 18 years’ experience in professional services, has led global teams and developed go-to-market strategies in countries throughout the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific regions.

    Lucy Everett

    Lucy is our Executive Assistant and ensures all of our diaries are kept in check! With a career spanning 13 years within Corporate & creative industries, Lucy has previously supported Board Directors at The Adecco Group, which gave her a deep understanding of the internal workings of a professional services firm from both front & back office perspectives. Lucy prides herself on being an exceptionally organised individual in all areas of her life. She thoroughly enjoys providing a high level of service to the individuals that she supports and enjoys the personal working relationships that this way of working cultivates. She is a ‘yes person’ in the best possible way, she loves finding solutions to problems and making people’s lives easier. We'd be lost without her!

      Mary Lafferty

      Mary is our lead contact in the United States and the founder of our partners No Regrets Marketing, a marketing strategy firm in the Midwest that helps clients with marketing and branding strategies, digital, optimization, content and communications, market research, advertising, and lead generation. Mary has extensive experience in executive leadership rolls across all areas of marketing, ranging from start-up businesses to Fortune 500 companies. She has successfully led global teams in award winning creative across print, digital and strategic competitions and has increased visibility and sales by as much as 50% through her leadership.

        Sunny Dublick

        Sunny has 10 years of integrated marketing and branding experience and supports our clients in the United States. Prior to joining the team she has held marketing roles in a variety of industries including advertising, management consulting and language services, and has worked for clients including The Philadelphia 76ers, Coca-Cola, Brown-Forman and Carnival Cruise Lines. Sunny’s strength lies in creating integrated marketing solutions for clients that are grounded in research and strategy, and executed by impactful, out-of-the-box methods that drive results. Sunny holds a B.S. in Marketing from the Rowan University with a concentration in International Studies.

          Blake Johnston

          Blake is the founder of our partners OutboundView, a sales consulting and training company based in Lincoln, Nebraska and supports our operations in the United States. Blake has extensive experience working with mid-large size sales organisations to develop top of funnel lead generation strategies via outbound marketing. In addition to outbound marketing, Blake also helps growing organisations with their go-to-market strategy including competencies such as messaging, inbound, distribution, thought leadership, and paid advertising.

            Kendra Meek

            Kendra is an ADDY award-winning graphic designer with more than 12 years of experience. Kendra supports our clients in the United States and her work experience ranges the full design spectrum, but one thing remains constant: she knows how to get things done. She’s a critical thinker skilled in conceptual and creative problem solving with a proven track record of exceeding expectations and crushing deadlines. She’s a nerd for typography and colour, and loves bringing ideas to life.
