Prior to that he spent five and a half years as director of international marketing for Kenexa (now part of IBM), a company he joined following its acquisition of UK-based Psychometric Services, Ltd. (PSL). Michael has over 18 years’ experience in professional services, has led global teams and developed go-to-market strategies in countries throughout the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific regions.

Jo is a CIM qualified communications and marketing professional with more than 12 years’ experience in B2B marketing in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Her areas of expertise include communications strategy, brand positioning, employer and personal brand, and public relations. She has actively been involved in the re-brand of three professional services businesses and is a strong advocate of social selling and the power of marketing though connecting, engaging, and educating audiences. Jo works collaboratively with non-marketers, believing marketing should be seamlessly integrated into the business, and activity closely aligned to business objectives.
Sarah has worked in the design industry for over 20 years. In 1998 she joined Corporate Edge to work on major brand and identity projects for key clients such as AXA, Gartmore, HMRC and VisitBritain. In 2007 she started LSD Design Limited and has continued to work on branding and identity projects for a wide range of clients. These include global brand implementation for Hay Group, property marketing schemes for Ballymore and St James, high profile international developments in Montenegro and Istanbul and interactive corporate and social responsibility reports for BT and HPE.
Phil is co-owner of our partners Colour Me Social who are a team of social media experts, based in Brighton and London, that can help organisations to raise brand awareness, grow their social reach and drive increased web traffic. Phil is also a freelance social media manager who works with smaller clients to establish a professional social presence. Phil has worked within social media, marketing and sales for over 12 years and has supported hundreds of clients across a huge variety of sectors both in B2B and B2C.
Kath is an experienced digital marketing strategist who has previously built up a successful digital marketing agency from 2 to 50 people over 12 years and is now very much enjoying the ability to work on projects that she finds fascinating. Her agency had to evolve throughout the fast pace of change that is digital marketing and she successfully navigated those challenges to continuously achieve results for her clients. Kath is particularly interested in the psychology of marketing and how people are persuaded to make decisions online. The ability to monitor behaviour and measure success using hard data means that brands can have more insight into the customer experience and therefore proactively improve that experience.
Kari has been running social media training for more than six years in both in-house and agency settings. This has included basic to advanced skills training such as: social network 101s; using different social networks for business development; using different social networks for campaigning; developing and strengthening personal brand on social media; and blog writing. Past training clients include InnovateUK, BIS, King’s College London, Human Rights Watch and PwC. She has also led many social media campaigns for clients such as UK Skills Funding Agency (#100ReasonsWhy, National Apprenticeship Week) and WRAP (Recycle Week), and managed the social media accounts for clients such as Capita PLC and Ikano Bank.
Karim is an experienced creative director specialising in digital content and video production. Karim has worked with a number of professional services organisations for photographic projects, corporate videos, adverts, conference filming, multi camera interviews, case study videos, innovative product demonstrations and show reels.
Henry is an experienced video producer/director/editor/self-shooter specialising in branded content, behind-the-scenes, promotional, corporate and unscripted filming. Henry has more than 15 years experience of on-location directing, shooting and sound recording, and more than 15 years of post production experience. He has shot around the world including North America, Europe, Maldives, Iceland, China, Malaysia, Singapore, the Middle East, Hong Kong, and Africa and his clients have included: Anaphylaxis Campaign, Antenna, Comcast, Deutsche Bank, Emirates Airlines, GSK, Kew Gardens, Nando’s, Sainsbury’s, MSC, Prince’s Charities, NHS, Unilever, P&G, Twentieth Century Fox and Tesco. Henry is also an experienced photographer.
Angela is a copywriter and journalism graduate with over five years experience in marketing. She has written for many B2B and B2C brands and has experience working in Events and PR. She learned the skills for writing fast, sales-driven copy from a great mentor, and discovered her love of writing through working as a reporter for her local paper. Angela is definitely not the shy, writerly type. She likes to get out and meet people to find out, first-hand, what content audiences want and need to make informed purchasing decisions.
